Spring is coming. My joint seasonal and Game of Thrones excitement aside, I was suffering from some serious winter blues. Even with warmer weather headed our way, I can’t help but continue knitting—obviously!
Actually, the cold was getting to me so bad that I stopped knitting for a while. I couldn’t bring myself to do anything but Netflix (realizing that Netflix is not a legitimate activity). This is a project that I completed a while ago but stored it for a rainy day. Since I haven’t created anything post-worthy in weeks, now is as good a time as any. I’m back in the swing of things with some new ideas and stitches, but for now I present the Candy Floss Cowl.
Named only for the colours I used, this cowl is a simple repeat of alternating knit and purl stitches. It is warm and bright—perfect for the transition to warmer days.
